Why is it that I can imagine voices and stories for everyone else's characters, but when it comes to my own- they seem so bland? Am I that terrible?

What I do is just imagine that all characters have my own voice.
idk but that's how it always worked out for me.
Lately, I've been trying to practice voices that my characters would have, like saying random sentences out loud and such.
